Albert’s Chip Cookie Pie


1 9 in. frozen deep dish pastry crust

2 eggs

½ cup flour

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temp

1 6 oz. bag or 1 1/2 cup of your favorite chips, chocolate is best!

Directions: Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs till foamy. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, and brown sugar; then, add to eggs slowly.  Then, fold in butter. Lastly, carefully add chips.  Bake 1 hour. Then, cool on wire rack. These can be eaten warm or frozen to save for surprise guests!
